Our name honors the family tradition of our owner and head chef, Brian Tran, paying tribute to his stepfather’s legacy.

Our menu takes you on a culinary journey through Vietnam, from south to north, with modern twists on classic dishes that capture the authentic flavors of the streets and alleyways. You’ll also taste the influences of French and Chinese cultures, woven into the fabric of our cuisine.
